By using Campus XI, users agree to these terms. If they do not agree, they should not use the app.

What Campus XI Is

Campus XI is a fantasy football application that allows organizers to host events and allows users to join, build squads, earn points, follow leaderboards, and use event-related premium features.

Features, scoring rules, event formats, prizes, and premium tools may vary by event, tournament, or app update.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

  • Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure.
  • Users must provide accurate account and team information.
  • Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account.
  • Users must not misuse the app, interfere with events, exploit bugs, or attempt fraud.

Scoring and Leaderboards

  • Users may build teams and participate in organizer-hosted events.
  • Points, rankings, and leaderboard results are determined by the app's event logic and rules.
  • Organizers may set event-specific conditions, subject to the app's available features.
  • Campus XI may correct obvious scoring, ranking, or technical errors where necessary.

Passes and Premium Access

Campus XI may offer premium passes, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. These passes may unlock premium tools and features, including performance-related tools such as squad insight or similar premium utilities described in the app at the time of purchase.

  • Pass access is granted after successful purchase and verification.
  • Pass features, pricing, and packaging may change over time.
  • Premium tools are intended to assist users but do not guarantee better results, prizes, or leaderboard outcomes.

Upgrades

Campus XI may allow users to upgrade from one pass tier to a higher tier. Where offered, upgrade pricing may reflect the difference between the current eligible pass value and the higher-tier pass price, rather than charging full price again.

Upgrade availability, pricing logic, and eligibility may change over time.

Refunds and Purchase Problems

If a purchase is completed and verification is successful, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or required by the relevant app store or payment provider.

If a purchase goes through but verification fails, the user should contact support at support@campusxi.com for assistance or refund review.

Saved Cards and Shared Content

Users may generate and save performance cards or similar shareable visuals to their own device gallery. Those saves happen at the user's request.

  • Saved cards are for personal use unless Campus XI expressly allows something broader.
  • Users must not use the app to impersonate others or misuse Campus XI branding.

Availability, Bugs, and Support

  • Campus XI may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
  • Third-party outages, store issues, or payment verification problems may affect access.
  • Users should contact support for purchase issues or technical problems.

Disclaimers and Limits

  • Campus XI provides fantasy football tools and event participation features, not guaranteed outcomes.
  • Premium tools may improve decision-making but do not promise winnings, prizes, or ranking success.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Campus XI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Campus XI after updated terms take effect means the user accepts the revised terms.
