I forgot my email. What should I do?

Use the password reset or account recovery flow for the email you normally use. If you are not sure which email is linked to your account, contact support and include your team name and any purchase details that can help us locate the account.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the same sign-in method you used when you created the account. For example, if you signed up with Google, you need to keep using Google. If you signed up with Apple, use Apple. If you use the wrong method, the sign-in may fail or open a different account.

My pass is not showing as active.

First, try restarting the app and check again. If the pass still does not appear as active, share your transaction details and tell us whether the purchase was made through Apple or Google Play. Include the account email you used in the app so we can verify the purchase and activation status.

Can I request a refund?

If a purchase was completed and verification was successful, it is generally non-refundable. If the purchase went through but verification failed, contact support with the purchase details so we can review it.

I cannot edit my team.

Team editing may be locked because the deadline has passed for that round or matchday. Once the deadline closes, changes are restricted until the next allowed window.

I cannot transfer players.

Transfers may be unavailable when the deadline window is closed. If the deadline has passed, wait for the next transfer window.

My event says not available.

This could mean the event has not started yet or that it has already ended. Check the event timing and availability window first. If it still looks wrong, contact support with the event name and the account you used.

I cannot change formation.

Formation flexibility is a premium feature. Bronze Pass and above let you use any formation for your team.

I cannot set deadline reminders.

Deadline reminders are part of Tournament Pass features. Bronze Pass allows 1 custom deadline reminder per matchday, Silver allows 2, and Gold allows 3.

What comes with Bronze Pass?

Bronze Pass gives you team renaming at any time during the tournament, flexible formations, top-5 player tracking each matchday, 1 custom deadline reminder per matchday, a premium profile and leaderboard badge, improved action limits, rank progression badges, and enhanced share card styles.

What comes with Silver Pass?

Silver Pass includes everything in Bronze, then adds Smart XI for suggested lineups and key squad decisions, squad insights, deeper manager comparison, live fixture updates during the matchday, full published squad history for managers on the leaderboard, 2 custom deadline reminders per matchday, and further improved action limits.

What comes with Gold Pass?

Gold Pass includes everything in Silver, then adds live activity and fixture score updates during the matchday, instant alerts for key fixture activity, 3 custom deadline reminders per matchday, live activities and squads for managers on the leaderboard, leaderboard rank progression badges, and the most generous action limits.
